In early 70`s the common man in an around thalayolaparambu was finding it difficult for performing the common laboratory tests,and for the consulting physicians diagnosis was a challenge.

In the year 1973, our founder Mr.V.K.Ponnappan realized this need and Darsana` Lab was born. The name `Darsana` came from our founders vision to give accurate results to help the consulting physicians and also the patients at affordable rate to common man.

From a single room of 200 sqft area with a common microscope and calorimeter,today `Darsana` stands big with a two storied building having 900 sqft of testing area with highly sophisticated automated testing instruments in biochemistry,clinical pathology,haematology &ECG.
